This policy explains how CueBrio handles information through cuebr.io and its invitation-only broadcast setup service. Contact hello@cuebr.io with privacy questions or requests.
Information you provide
We collect the details you submit to prepare a broadcast: your name and contact information, host and guest profiles, show plans, platform preferences, technical configuration, and uploaded media or branding assets. Only submit information you are authorized to share. Do not upload payment details, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information.
How information is used
We use submissions to manage invitations, save and review your setup, prepare broadcast profiles and assets, support the service, and troubleshoot problems. Approved submissions can be transferred to private studio or NAS storage for production preparation. Submission does not automatically put your content on air.
Sessions and technical records
The setup service uses essential session cookies to maintain access to your broadcast. Hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, browser information, request times, and error records to operate and protect the site. Blocking cookies may prevent setup access. The landing page does not include advertising trackers in its current implementation.
Access and sharing
Authorized production administrators and the hosting, email, and storage services needed to operate CueBrio may process your information. We do not sell submitted personal information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect the service. External broadcast platforms have their own policies; following a link to them is subject to those policies.
Storage and retention
Setup data and uploads are held in private storage and may be copied to a production computer or NAS. We retain information while needed for broadcast preparation, support, recovery, or legal obligations. Moving a copy off the web server does not itself erase studio copies or backups. Contact us to request deletion or to clarify the retention of your broadcast.
Your choices
You can update an accessible draft or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your authority over the broadcast before acting. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children and updates
This setup service is intended for adult broadcast organizers and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if a child has submitted personal information. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date below identifies the current version.
